What can I expect
when I arrive?
You will walk into our cozy waiting room and check in with our front desk representative. If this is your very first visit you may be given some documents to fill out.
Our counselors are specially trained to help clients with a variety of challenges including: depression, anxiety, grief, parenting, anger, and relationship challenges. We are dedicated to the health and well-being of our clients and strive to help clients make lasting positive change to their lives.

For the first session we ask that you bring a form of identification and your insurance card. Any other items or support persons are up to you!
We do not allow weapons of any kind, drugs, alcohol, animals other than service animals, or anything that would disrupt the peaceful environment of our center.

We are able to provide counseling over virtual platorms to meet with clients where they are. --Clients are required to be located in the state of Alabama due to licenseing restrictions--
We work with children as young as 8 years old.
We offer a variety of groups for both support and skill building.
Our Gottman Method trained therapists specialize in marital and romantic relationships.
All communication with your therapist is protected and private information that cannot be shared with anyone without your written consent.
